Exchange Policy (Applicable Only for Damaged or Defective Items)
We understand that despite our best efforts, damages during transit can occasionally occur. In such exceptional cases, we offer an exchange for the same item, provided the following conditions are met:

3. Original Condition: The product must remain unused, unmarked, and retained in its original packaging, including any inserts, tags, or protective materials.
4. Same Product Replacement: The exchange is valid only for a replacement of the same item. Under no circumstances will the customer be allowed to exchange for a different product, variant, or receive a monetary refund.
